Dos and don’ts on how to maintain your frames, mirrors, or glass.
Do not position your frame in direct sunlight and keep the frames away from wet areas. Especially during rainy seasons, wetness from the wall may lead to mould behind the picture.
When cleaning your glass or mirror, you can do so by spraying glass cleaner liquid onto a soft cloth and cleaning the glass via a circular motion. It is best not to spray glass cleaner directly onto the glass as the liquid can run down the surface and seep inside your frame and onto the artwork.
For Plexiglas or acrylic covers, it is advisable to use a special Plexiglas cleaner, or mild detergent solution on a piece of cotton cloth. Glass cleaners that contain ammonia might cause acrylic glazing to turn yellow.
As for wooden frames, it is advisable to use a clean microfibre cloth. In the case of a need for more thorough cleaning, slightly dampening the cloth will do the job. For frames with intricate designs, a dry soft toothbrush or makeup brush can be used as well.
Different glass types (Clear glass, non-reflective glass, acrylic, plexiglass (UV), antiglare plexiglass (UV))
We offer multiple types of glass which can be used to display your artworks. Different types of glasses have varying uses and prices as well. These different glasses can be chosen to fit your needs.
The standard go-to glass is the clear glass option. This offers a glossy finish and it the most affordable option.
If you would prefer a matte finish, you can opt for a non-reflective glass instead. In this option, you will not see any reflections caused by light.
If you would want a safer and lighter option, you can also opt for the usage of acrylic. Acrylic is half the weight of regular glass and is more impact resistant.
Another option you could go for is the plexiglass (UV) option. It is much lighter than glass however it is more expensive. Plexiglass is also clearer than the clear glass option.
If you would prefer a matte version, you could also go for the antiglare plexiglass (UV) option.

Excellent service. The wall art installation was harder to hang than expected. It was a piece of stainless steel that weighed 18 kg measuring 177cm x 90cm x 12 cm mounted on a frame which had to be hung by the 4 corners. Deen's brother (H) and 2 colleagues worked very hard, carefully measuring and re-measuring, lifting up and putting down and up again several times to ensure it hangs securely on all 4 corners! The art piece I sent for framing was well done too and they helped me hang this piece and another one - very quick and efficient for simple hanging jobs! :) Great value for money with such professional and dedicated service.

I tried to work with many glass suppliers: "no English", some just hang up on me...This place is different. Their communication is spot on, fast and accurate. Orders are processed through an electronic system. "DEEN" Knows what he is doing. I purchased glass build plates for my 3d printer lab. Pricea are very reasonable. Build plate 320x160x3mm plus chamfering (not tempered) is 5$ p pc. Always again!
